Cash ISA
Nationwide is a building society rather than a bank, and its Cash ISA range splits into a fixed-rate ISA and a limited-access ISA. The limited-access account allows three withdrawals a year before the rate falls by two thirds, so it needs reading carefully before it is used as an emergency fund.

Before you commit an allowance
A Cash ISA allowance is annual and does not roll over. Read how the providers compare before committing it to one bank.
