Savings rates and card fees re-checked
Savings figures for Zopa, HSBC, OakNorth, the Co-operative Bank and Kroo, business savings for Barclays, HSBC and OakNorth, and card fees abroad for HSBC, NatWest and Lloyds were checked against each provider's own pages. Zopa's Regular Saver no longer appears on Zopa's website and has been removed, and HSBC's fixed-rate savings figures were corrected.

Customer ratings shown as Trustpilot ratings
Every star rating now comes from a single record of each provider's public Trustpilot rating, re-read from Trustpilot itself, with a bank's separate business-banking profile used on business pages where Trustpilot lists one. Several listings had shown out-of-date or conflicting scores.
